Applicability of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to our online website, CPAPforMe.com and other interactions you may have such as customer services inquires collectively, the “Services”. If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Website or any other aspect of CPAPforMe’s business.

CPAPforMe may collect and receive customer data and other information in a variety of ways:
- When you place an order or otherwise register with us at our Site, you provide your name, billing and service addresses, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment information. You register a username and password allowing you access to the Site and request our Services. Your username and password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your logon information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or user name.
- Services Metadata. When users interact with our Services, metadata is generated that provides additional context about the way you use the Site. This collects information like your Internet Protocol (IP) address, links your view and click on, and such other information and data as we may deem appropriate. This information is automatically collected and stored by our servers similar to most websites. Cookie Information. CpapforMe uses cookies and similar technologies in our Site and Services to help us collect information whenever you interact with us. These “cookies” allow us to give you a customized and personalized service and helps us identify ways to improve your online experience. You may at any time review and change your personal information stored by you at the Site by accessing the My Account page at the Site should one be provided. You may also request that we permanently remove all personal information stored by it at any time by delivering notice requesting such removal to admin@cpapforme.com. Upon such request, we will remove all such information and will not thereafter use personally identifiable information about you except as may be required or permitted by sections (a) and (c) above. Such request will automatically terminate your Account, including your right to access or use the Site and request and receive any products or Services.
